How we handle website visits and the information you send when contacting us.
About this policy
Adapting Technology Arizona LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information from website visitors and inquiries submitted through the site. It applies to our website at adapttechaz.com, www.adapttechaz.com, and adapting-technology-arizona.webflow.io.
Information handled while delivering contracted IT services is addressed in the separate agreements and notices provided during onboarding. This website policy does not replace or change those documents.
Information you provide
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. You may choose to include a business name, location, phone number, preferred callback time, or other details about your inquiry. We also receive the information you send when replying to our follow-up emails.
Please do not submit passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, health information, or confidential client or employee records. The website form is for initial inquiries, not for transferring sensitive files or credentials.
How we use website inquiries
We use the information you provide to respond, discuss your needs, arrange a requested call or assessment, and keep a record of our correspondence. Submissions are stored in Webflow and sent to our business email. We do not connect website inquiries to a CRM or marketing list, and submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
We may also use relevant information to investigate spam or misuse, maintain website security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Website hosting and outside providers
The website relies on providers that receive information needed to deliver their functions:
Webflow: hosts the website, delivers its content, and processes and stores form submissions. Its infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, and pages requested. See Webflow’s Privacy Policy.
Business email: our email provider processes form notifications and correspondence so we can respond to you.
Cloudflare Turnstile: helps protect the contact form against bots and spam. Cloudflare processes technical signals, including IP address and browser or connection information, to provide and improve bot detection. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Google-hosted fonts and web resources: your browser requests resources from Google to display the site’s typography and load its font loader. These requests disclose technical request information, including your IP address, to Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our current website does not have Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or Webflow visitor analytics enabled. We do not use website information for targeted advertising or sell website inquiry information.
Hosting and security providers may use cookies or similar technologies needed to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and verify form requests. This policy does not mean that providers receive no technical information. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although restricting them or blocking scripts may affect the form or other site functions.
We do not track visitors across unrelated websites for advertising. The site does not have a separate response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and provide any choices or consent controls required by applicable law.
When information is shared
We share website information with providers as described above to host and protect the site, handle submissions, and communicate with you. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, investigate abuse, or respond to a security issue. Links to outside websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Retention and security
Website inquiries can remain in Webflow’s submission records and our business email. Retention depends on the purpose of the inquiry, ongoing correspondence, and any applicable legal or recordkeeping needs. You can contact us to request deletion of an inquiry; some records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, and backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle.
The published website uses HTTPS to encrypt information in transit. No website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may choose not to submit the form. To ask about information you provided, request access, correction, or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use our contact form and start your message with “Privacy request,” or call (520) 699-0007.
We may ask for information needed to verify your request. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law. The rights available to you, and any exceptions, depend on your location and the circumstances. Please do not send identification documents or other sensitive information through the form.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
