FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Good questions deserve clear answers.

Learn what to expect from your first assessment, how support works, and how we handle access to your systems.

Getting started

What does the first assessment cost?

Nothing. The assessment is free. We review your technology, backups, security, and licensing, then provide written findings. You keep those findings whether you hire us or not.

What should I prepare?

Tell us about your business, your location, and the problems you want to solve. A rough idea of your users, devices, and key software is helpful. Do not include passwords or confidential customer information in your initial message.

Can you review our current setup?

Yes. The assessment can give you a second opinion on your backups, security, licensing, and everyday technology. You receive written findings and can decide what to do next.

How is pricing determined?

We discuss your users, systems, priorities, and support requirements, then provide a proposal. Scope and pricing are agreed before you choose the work.

Support & coverage

Where do you provide support?

We serve small businesses in Tucson and Phoenix. Support can be remote or on site, depending on the issue and the agreed scope.

How quickly can we get help?

Requests are tracked and prioritized by their impact on your business. We discuss response times and coverage before you choose a support plan. For new inquiries, we aim to get back to you within one business day.

Do you offer evening or weekend support?

Tell us about those requirements during your assessment so we can discuss availability, scope, and pricing before you choose a support plan.

What kinds of technology do you support?

Our services include helpdesk support, networks and Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365 and email, workstations and servers, backup and recovery, and everyday security safeguards.

Accounts & contacting us

Will you need access to our systems?

Some support tasks require administrative access. We explain which systems need access and why. Your business keeps ownership of its accounts and can revoke access when needed.

How do I request a callback?

Use the contact form and include your preferred callback number and a convenient time in your message. You can also use the Call us button to reach our business line.

Should I send passwords with my request?

No. Please describe the issue without including passwords, access codes, or confidential records. If system access is needed, we will discuss how to arrange it.
